Constituent Assembly is highest leading and decision making institution. It determines Academy′s study strategy and questions of creative, research and economical work.
Constituent Assembly is elected from professors and the rest of academic staff, students and personnel for two years. The Assembly consists of at least 60% of academic staff and 15% of students. Member of the Assembly can be recalled by the representative group what has elected him.
The Constituent Assembly can be convened by the rector or the Senate at least one time in year.
Head of the Assembly is elected in secret voting. The same way secretary and vice-chairman are elected.
The Constituent Assembly can:
- Establish and change the Constitution;
- Elect and recall the Rector;
- Confirm statutes of Senate, Commission of Revision and Court of Arbitrage;
- Elect and recall members of Senate, Commission of Revision and Court of Arbitrage;
