From 2015 the Art Academy of Latvia is taking part in Erasmus+ international credit mobility program. Our partners in the project include art and design universities in the USA, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Russia and Montenegro.
Erasmus+ international credit mobility supports the mobility of individuals enrolled or employed at a higher education institution from Programme Country (Latvia) to Partner Country or vice versa. Partner Country’s institution must sign an inter-institutional agreement with the Art Academy of Latvia.
Art Academy of Latvia can initiate to apply for project funding which supports the following mobility activities:
Student mobility for studies to and from Partner Countries to support students in acquiring competences to improve personal development and employability whilst also enhancing the competencies and raising awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries. Study mobility period may last 3 to 12 months (or one academic term).
Staff mobility for teaching to and from Partner Countries for academic staff to teach at a partner institution abroad or staff mobility for training for academic and non-academic staff to take part in training activities and gain professional development at a partner institution. Staff mobility may last from 5 days to 2 months.
