Service Design Strategies and Innovations (SDSI) is a new, international master's level study program with a focus on an interdisciplinary combination of knowledge, skills and competencies, and the opportunity to specialise in design, organisational management, social sciences and technology. SDSI will help graduates become multifaceted change agents in public and private sector organisations by skilfully applying strategic design, management and creative leadership skills. The study process will take place internationally, and students will visit Latvia, Kuldīga, and Finland, Rovaniemi.
